About 2000 years ago there was a war between 2 arch magi. Durring the coarse of that war one of the wizards decided to change the population of her country into lizzard men ot bolster the ranks of her army. The result was the stalestians. This race of lizard men can inhabit any reagon normally populated by humans and still has a verry human culture similar to that found in India about 400 years ago. They worship snakes (mainly cobras that they see as being the prime preditors of their jungle homes), and wear robes as the most common type of clothing for their culture.
Stalestians have the same level limmits as elves but may not be multi- classed. Instead they have extreemly sensitive senses and can track a person by sent. They are poor wizards however and may only learn the spells of the Conjuration/Summoning school thus all their wizards are conjurers.
Stalestians stand about 4-5 feet tall and weigh about 100-150 lb. They may have any colored scales that apear naturally in nature and some (10%) have the ability to blend into their surroundings giving them a hide in shadows roll of 45%.
Stalestians have a +1 to strenth and con nad a -3 to charisma. They also have the same chance to find secret doors as an elf.
