Everyone is Bang

Story

For what felt like the first time, but could have been the hundredth for all you know, your attempts to explore Paradise turned into a desperate need to escape it. This was unexpected; a flashback you had over a year ago painted the place as much more welcoming. It took the loss of Cassandra to come upon the right combination of technology and magic which has kept you alive. And the rest of you… well, there are times you envy her. It went like this: If you were captured, before they could implant the chip, Fontaine would enter your mind and loosen the connection between your consciousness and your body. At the very moment the implanted chip was turned on, Bang would activate what she called the Prime Augment. This was what allowed your consciousness to fully leave your body and store itself in Bang's technology. Eventually, you hoped to find a way to separate yourselves back into individual bodies …But… then Fontaine was captured… and transferred, and she lost access to her magic, binding you all to this fate… with no way out…. Now, Everyone is Bang.

Rules

We're going to play a modified version of Everyone is John. Here's how it works.

Your minds aren't in the best shape. Interpret it however you want. Maybe you just have a tenuous connection to your previous self. Maybe you're a gross exaggeration of your old personality. Maybe you're something out of your past. Whatever works best for you.

Each of you controls three augments (and no others), and has one fatal flaw (hallucinations, fear of small objects, …). You all have a very weak connection to other augments, which could make it hard to see, move etc.

Your goal is to escape Paradise, and the only way out is up.

Each of you has a preferred way to escape. If that method is advanced, you get a point. the player with the most points in the end gains full control of Bang and pushes the other two aside. You all know that this is how it has to be; the body will only survive if a single consciousness controls it permanently, and that consciousness should be you!

You have ten willpower. When you do anything that has a chance of failing, you roll a d6. If you roll a 6, you succeed. If you have a relevant augment, you only need a 3. If your fatal flaw comes into play, I can make you reroll. You can also spend willpower to increase a roll by the number of willpower spent. You can also spend one willpower to perform a single action with one of your augments while someone else is in control.

If you get hurt, wake up, fail a roll or significantly advance your goals, you bid for control.

If you ever fail to stay alert or get bored, I roll a die. If I get 4+, Bang's system is overwhelmed by the warring consciousnesses and temporarily shuts down. Everyone gains a point of willpower, and there's a new bid for control when Bang restarts.
