These +1 magical arrows are normally found in small bundles of five. Each one may be fired once before its magic is expended. When an arrow successfully strikes a target, a random level 1 spell is cast at CL5. Why these arrows were created at all is anyone's guess.

Spell Table

d100 Effect
1-4 Grease - 10' square surrounding the target, and any items the target is holding in his or her hands at the time of the effect.
5-8 Hypnotism - can only affect the target.
9-12 Sleep - can only affect the target.
13-16 Color Spray - can only affect the target.
17-20 Cause Fear - can only affect the target.
21-24 Burning Hands - facing the target, from the point of impact.
25-28 Magic Missile - damages the target.
29-32 Shocking Grasp - damages the target, no touch attack required.
33-36 Disguise Self - the target appears to be the closest humanoid creature.
37-40 Ventriloquism - Everything the target says appears to come from ten feet away in a random direction.
41-44 Ray of Enfeeblement on the target, no attack required.
45-48 Erase - The first two pages of whatever valid target is closest to the point of effect are erased.
49-51 Identify - the most powerful magic item on the target's person is identified, excluding those in extradimensional or nondimensional spaces.
52-55 Charm Person on the target.
56-58 True Strike - affects the next attack of both parties.
59-61 Alarm - Audible, no password.
62-64 Detect Secret Doors, in a cone in front of the target. Both the target and caster benefit from the spell, but the target controls it.
65-67 Detect Undead. See Detect Secret Doors.
68-70 Mount, located half way between the caster and target. Whichever one of them gets to it first can control it.
71-73 Obscuring Mist, centered on the target.
74-76 Summon Monster I, selected at random, under the caster's control.
77-79 Unseen Servant, located half way between the caster and the target. Whichever one of them gets to it first can control it.
80 Tenser's Floating Disk - Appears under the target, barring a successful DC11 reflex save. The caster controls the disk.
81 Tenser's Floating Disk - Appears under the target, barring a successful DC11 reflex save. The target controls the disk.
82-83 Nystul's Magic Aura - masks the aura of the most powerful item on the target's person, excluding those in extradimensional or nondimensional spaces.
84 Endure Elements on the target.
85 Protection from Evil on the target.
86 Protection from Good on the target.
87-88 Shield on the target.
89-90 Mage Armor on the target.
91 Comprehend Languages on the target.
92 Silent Image - creates an image of the target five feet to his right, which mimics all of his movements.
93 Chill Touch on the target.
94 Enlarge Person on the target
95 Reduce Person on the target
96 Expeditious Retreat on the target.
97 Feather Fall on the target.
98-99 Jump on the target.
100 Magic Weapon - affects one weapon of the target's in this order of precedence: Right hand, left hand, random sheathed weapon.
