After securely strapping this claw to your hand, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls on unarmed attacks. Owls see you as one of their own, and won't attack unless you attack first. Animal Handling checks are rolled with advantage against owls. Finally, once per day, you can charm any number of owls in a 60' radius, with a wisdom save DC of 14. The enchantment lasts for one hour, during which the owls will obey your commands to the best of their ability.
When securely strapped to the hand, this item gives the wielder a claw attack. It functions as a +1 weapon which deals the wearer’s Unarmed Strike damage. Unarmed strikes using this item count as slashing attacks. The claw also grants a +1 enhancement bonus to touch attacks. Owls never attack the wielder unless he attacks first, and Handle Animal checks get a +6 vs. owls. Finally, once per day, the Claw allows the wearer to influence owls as Charm Animal (will save DC 14 negates). It can be used on any number of owls in a 30’ radius. The enchantment lasts for one hour, during which the wielder treats the owls as trained animals who know every standard trick (see the Handle Animal skill).
